Service Requirements and General Conditions

 •  Customer must purchase a separate Hosted Voice Package for each customer site requiring hosted voice services.

 •  Hosted Voice Packages are available subject to suitable SHDSL access to customer locations.

 •  Minimum contract term of 36 months. Early termination fees apply.

 •  All installations and prices are subject to site inspection/audit conducted by AAPT (or its service provider). Complex installations may incur additional charges. These will be agreed between AAPT and the customer before installation commences.

 •  Advertised pricing of $99 is based on a minimum number of 73 users (subject to some exceptions) and excludes set-up charges. Prices are quoted exclusive GST.

 •  We reserve the right to introduce additional service exclusions and conditions at any time in order to ensure the offer's continued availability for its intended purpose.

 •  We may amend or withdraw the offer at any time.
